Our Policies

Payment

All clients are required to pay a £5/month fee, invoiced at the start of each month. This small fee helps cover production costs, editing, SEO work, representation, and general admin.

We understand that not everyone can afford this — which is why we offer a scholarship programme, giving selected individuals a fully funded place within Lydia A Entertainment.

At just £5/month, we proudly offer one of the most affordable rates in the industry. While many media companies charge between £30/month and £100/week, we believe everyone deserves the chance to shine — regardless of budget.

Work Experience & Jobs

At this time, we do not offer traditional work experience placements or paid roles. Our company is entirely independent, and most of our team members work on a part-time or voluntary basis alongside their main careers.

People join us because they’re passionate about media, want to build experience, or simply enjoy contributing to our mission. In the future, we may offer paid opportunities as the business grows.

Please note: Talent working with us typically manage their own personal PR or agency relationships outside of Lydia A Entertainment.

Volunteering from Across the UK (or Globally)

Yes! We welcome volunteers and clients from anywhere in the UK or around the world, as long as they have a digital presence or social media platform they want to grow.

However, we currently cannot sponsor visas, as we are an online, not-for-profit company and do not hold the legal framework to issue sponsorship at this time.

Licensing & Copyright

We take copyright compliance seriously. Lydia A Entertainment and Royal Reporter Lydia are licensed to use music and media from Epidemic Sound, Getty Images, and Shutterstock.

Our content — especially educational videos — is fully copyright protected. Do not reuse any of our content (including videos, Shorts, or clips from our in-house channels like Royal Reporter Lydia, Lydia A, Harry A, and Alfie McIntyre) without permission or clear credit. Unauthorized use may breach copyright laws.

Any content used from outside sources is credited to the original creator (e.g. Instagram accounts, YouTube channels), out of respect. If you would prefer we not use your content, we kindly ask that you email us directly. Please do not send aggressive or threatening messages — a simple, polite request will always be handled professionally.

As a news and commentary channel, Royal Reporter Lydia may use select footage under Fair Use (USA) or Fair Dealing (UK) laws. All footage is either licensed, in the public domain, or used with permission. Our channels are now fully licensed and compliant.

Contacting Us

If you have a copyright concern or business-related question:
📧 Please contact us by email only.
We do not respond to business matters via YouTube comments or social media DMs, as we may miss them. All claims or questions should go through email so we can respond appropriately and professionally.

Bullying & Safeguarding Policy

We are committed to creating a safe and respectful environment for all. Any client found using inappropriate language, harassing others, or displaying unsafe behaviour will be immediately removed from our company.

We have strict safeguarding procedures in place:

  • Anyone working with children or vulnerable individuals must provide an up-to-date DBS check (within 12 months).

  • All team members must complete our safeguarding training.

  • We do not donate to unregistered causes or individuals online due to a rise in fraud and our commitment to protecting our community.

Representation

Lydia A Entertainment is a management company, not a talent agency. Please don’t contact us asking why you haven’t been sent work — our services focus on:

  • Production

  • SEO

  • Social media growth

  • Online branding and support

We do offer occasional brand or company collaborations, but all clients are free to sign with other acting or modelling agencies while working with us.

All representation is managed under the Lydia A Entertainment Group.
