Lydia A Entertainment is a registered casting agency proudly affiliated with Spotlight, the leading platform for the performing arts industry. Through Spotlight, we post casting calls for children and adults, collaborating with reputable talent agencies to find the perfect fit for each of our projects.
We offer a diverse range of casting opportunities throughout the year, covering film, television, digital, and special feature productions.
The Royal Reporter Specials
Our founder, Royal Reporter Lydia, occasionally produces exclusive Royal Specials — unique video projects celebrating heritage, education, and community. These productions feature participants of all ages, from children as young as four to adults of any generation, helping to capture a broad range of voices and perspectives.
To date, Lydia has produced two successful specials featuring children, each designed to inspire young people to take pride in their heritage and engage with royal traditions and culture.
Lydia holds both a standard and enhanced DBS check, ensuring she is fully vetted and legally certified to work safely with children.
Collaborations and Partnerships
In addition to Lydia’s own productions, we frequently collaborate with other journalists and creative professionals on projects for her channel, tailoring each Royal Special to the story’s unique theme.
While many of our current castings are conducted remotely, all details and submissions are handled securely through partnered agencies.

Representation at Lydia A Entertainment
At Lydia A Entertainment, we specialise in representing a diverse and vibrant range of young talent. Our focus is on children and young creators who already have, or are beginning to build, a presence in the social media space—usually managed or overseen by their parents. With full parental permission, we are able to register children from the age of five, supporting them as they grow within the digital and media landscape.
We are not an acting or musical theatre agency. Instead, our representation is centred around collaboration, brand partnerships, influencer work, and PR opportunities. We work closely with families to ensure each child’s personality, creativity, and interests shine through, connecting them with brands and projects that align authentically with who they are.
